DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Please allow estimated 14 working days plus shipping for your order to arrive. If you need your order for a particular date which is before the estimated turn around time, you will need to contact via email at issi@beniniswim.co.uk before ordering so that it can be confirmed whether or not this is achievable.
We now offer a 'Rush order' option, please check out our delivery page for more info.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is made it will be shipped out using the courier selected at checkout (Royal Mail, Evri or DPD). You will receive an email confirmation when your parcel has been dispatched, this will give you a tracking number and proof of postage. We will not be responsible for any missing parcels.
How much does postage cost?
Royal Mail UK Standard (tracked) 3-5 working days - £3.99
Royal Mail UK Express (tracked) 1-2 working days - £4.99
DPD (tracked) 1-2 working days - £8.50
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do!

Do you accept returns/ exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to everything being custom handmade to order.

How do I get in touch?

CARE GUIDE
How do I wash my items?
You’ll receive one of our ‘Care Cards’ in your order, which includes info on how to wash your items correctly. Please follow this guide to ensure your pieces are kept perfect.
Swimwear & clothing (lycra materials) Hand wash in cold water. Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not Iron.
Loungewear (cotton materials) Hand wash. Water temperature no hotter than 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat. Do not bleach.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Do you offer any discount codes?

MADE TO ORDER
How do I order?
Simply click on the product you would like to order and select which material from the drop down menu. If your desired fabric isn’t displayed, select the ‘Custom Colour’ option, once added to cart, leave a comment in the box at checkout stating which material you would like.
Can I get any style in any fabric from the colour chart?
Yes! Our website allows you to completely customise your pieces, by selecting your top style, bottom style and fabric. Check out our Colour Chart for more info.
Can I get a complete custom design?
Yes! If you've got an idea of something completely new you'd love for us to make, just send us an email enquiry with as much information as possible.
SIZING
Can I get help with sizing?
Yes of course, we’re always happy to help with sizing selections. As each item is cut and made to order, we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges - so we encourage sending us a message first if you’re ever unsure! Check out our Size Guide page for more information.
What sizes do you stock?
We currently stock UK sizes 4-18. If you’re in-between sizes, we can adjust anything to fit your exact measurements - just drop us a message if unsure or add your sizing to the box at checkout. We’ll adjust what we feel is needed.
Can I get trousers/joggers in my exact leg length?
Yes! We can make any of our joggers in petite, regular or tall (Check out Size Guide page). We can also make any of our trousers/ flares to your exact leg measurement, simply measure (in inches) from the top of inside your leg to where you’d like them to finish - add this info to the box at checkout.
